The crystals ‚Chapütschin’ and ‚Gion’ symbolise alpine treasures in an urban landscape. Their formal language is archaic but sophisticated. The design is inspired by the mountain crystal; originated from the depths of nature, legendary the stories of its discovery and sculptural its appearance. The crystals ‚Chapütschin’ and ‚Gion’ serve as plant pots.
As part of the sculpture, the plants appear to grow from a crack in the surface of each pot.
