Eu vegn davo pigna is a heated bench for the private living space. The concept takes a closer look at the traditional culture of the Swiss Alps. The warmth is generated by a heating pad which is imbedded in the sandstone seating surface of the bench. Once heated up, the stone gives off heat for about three hours. It is an old idiom to say goodbye to a friend in the sense of ‚I am going home, where it is cosy’. The stove represents a central meeting place for the family in the living area and a place to retreat.
